Frozen Margarita
A smooth, pale-lime frozen margarita made from the owner’s scanned limeade recipe.
Magnifico Margarita · Frozen-limeade blender version.

Make it
- Prepare the blender. Add ice to roughly half the blender jar, leaving space for the lid and the remaining ingredients. Add the frozen limeade concentrate, tequila, and orange liqueur.
- Blend. Blend until evenly smooth and slushy, adding ice a little at a time if you want a thicker frozen drink. If the blender stalls or the mixture is too thick to pour, add a small splash of water and blend again. Taste before adding optional sugar or sweetener.
- Salt and serve. If using salt, moisten the outer rim of each glass with a little blended margarita or a lime slice, then touch it to salt. Pour into four glasses. Garnish with a lime slice or a whole green olive if you like, and serve at once.
Keep it smooth
The scanned recipe says to fill the blender with ice, but blender capacities differ. Starting halfway full and adding ice gradually is an editorial safety and texture clarification—not a tested quantity. Use a little water only if the blender needs help moving. The optional olive is in the source; the photograph shows the lime choice. Want the fresh-lime version on the rocks?
Source and method
Why this version is here
This Research Edition adapts the owner-supplied scan headed “Magnifico Margarita,” page 35. It preserves the four-serving yield, 6-oz can of frozen limeade, equal 3-oz measures of tequila and orange liqueur, blender method, salted rims, and optional lime-or-olive garnish. The scan does not establish the cookbook title or edition, so we do not claim one. The half-jar ice starting point, blending cues, and estimated time are editorial clarifications. The original page remains private.
