Food knowledge improves when mistakes can be identified, examined, and corrected without quietly erasing the record.
What receives priority
Safety problems, incorrect quantities, missing method steps, attribution errors, misleading cultural claims, broken citations, inaccurate images, and accessibility failures receive priority review.
How corrections work
A minor spelling or formatting correction may be made directly. A material change to ingredients, method, yield, timing, safety, provenance, or attribution creates a new revision and a dated correction note. A Kitchen-Verified label applies only to the tested revision; a material recipe change may require a new test.
What to include in a correction
Please identify the page, the exact statement or step, why it appears incorrect, and any source that helps evaluate it. A public correction channel will be added before formal launch; until then, corrections are recorded through the private editorial workflow.
