Mexican Chorizo or Mexican Sausage
Mexican Chorizo - no need to hunt for a local Mexican store. You can make your own delicious chorizo tacos, eggs, and chorizo, Mexican queso topped with chorizo yummm I'm getting hungry!
Servings: 6 servings
- 2 lbs Ground Pork or Beef
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- ½ Cup Vinegar
- ¼ Cup Chopped Onion
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix until uniform in color and texture.
Store the Chorizo in a covered container and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
It is not necessary to stuff chorizo in a casing if for home use
