Ingredients

  • 5 ea plum tomatoes chopped
  • 1 ea small onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro you can add more if you like to taste
  • 1/2 - 1 ea serrano chili minced with seeds or to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice or vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and allow to stand 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
