One of the most popular Salsa in Tex-Mex cuisine. you can make it Hot or not at all try it!

Ingredients
- 5 ea plum tomatoes chopped
- 1 ea small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro you can add more if you like to taste
- 1/2 - 1 ea serrano chili minced with seeds or to taste
- 1 tsp lime juice or vinegar
- 1 tsp salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and allow to stand 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
